The Thermal Drone Pitch
The live-demo opener β handoff β stump-Sam β dashboard recap β the math. Word for word, as ruled.
Act I
The Opener β the drone
Disarm them. A joke with a hook in it: there IS a leak β it's their missed calls.
You"Hi, is this (name) β the plumber? I hear you're one of the best plumbers in town."
You"Well then, you know about those thermal-imaging drones that detect leaks, right?"
You"Apparently one flew over your building last night⦠and it detected a big one. slight pause The good news: it's not a water leak. But it might be more expensive."
You"I'm just teasing β but it sounded good though, lol. I got Ashton here on the other line. I'll let him tell you directly."
Act II
The Handoff β Sam, meet the plumber
Bridge the call. One beat of theater, then give the stage away.
You"Hi Ashton β I have (plumber's name) on the line with me. Sam, meet (plumber's name). (Plumber's name) β meet Sam. He's going to show you the solution to that leak."
You"You've got the microphone. Try to stump Sam with a plumbing emergency. Go ahead."
βThe call happens. Say nothing. Let Sam work.
Act III
The Recap β read the dashboard
After you drop the AI off the call, narrate what the prospect never saw. This is where the technology becomes real.
You"Alright β I just dropped the AI off the call. Now let me tell you what happened, from the virtual assistant dashboard I'm looking at on my end."
You"While you were talking, it didn't just have a polite conversation. It logged the call, instantly transcribed it, categorized the severity, and extracted the exact address you gave it."
You"Before we even finished the demo, it pushed a complete dispatch ticket into my system and fired a text alert with GPS routing straight to the on-call tech. No human error. No delays."
The Close β say the numbers out loud
The leak was never water.
You"I gave you the solution before I showed you the leak β and the leak is missed emergency customers. We know how valuable those customers are. But let's say your new virtual receptionist only catches one or two missed calls a day β because very few people leave voicemail. If we recapture just ONE missed call per day, at a normal $450 maintenance visitβ¦"
$13,500
per month Β· 1 call/day
$27,000
per month Β· 2 calls/day
Then stop talking. The next voice they hear should be theirs.
